Covenants, Bylaws and Architectural Guidelines

The following is a conformed copy of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions for the East Shores residential community, with all supplements, amendments and exhibits to date. The originals of these documents are on file with the Oconee County, South Carolina, Register of Deeds. These documents were prepared for the use of residents and others and are good faith representations of the original documents. In the event of any difference between these documents and those on file with the Register of Deeds, the Register of Deeds copies shall prevail, and the East Shores Owners' Association assumes no responsibility for the discrepancy.
